Wow! This January has caught me reflecting much on Mindfulness and how I have incorporated that into my daily life. First, wine life is a huge part of my life because I have a wine business; as a wine blogger, I spend a lot of time writing about the Stories behind the Wine, and of course, I love Wine. But daily life is much more than just the wine life, and what I am trying to say is that I have been embracing Mindful Living.
Mindful Drinking is more than drinking Organic Wine and is, of course, part of Mindful Living. Is one of the reflections I like to revisit every year from a new perspective and lens to share with you, to leave that in our minds for the rest of the year.
Mindful Living has to catch us aware as much as possible, living the present moment in every role we have in life. Whether you are a mother, a daughter, a friend, a professional, or an entrepreneur, the list can go on and on; we are consumers, and we must be aware of the impact of our purchases and the products around us. Therefore, I am thinking more daily about the products I use.
