Alcohol in excess damages your body. I have always encouraged you to be mindful about the hydration in your body. Therefore, I want to encourage you to remember that you do not need to consume more than a wine glass a day to receive the wine benefits. Please enjoy wine or any type of alcohol with moderation and responsibly. During celebrations, or summer, any type of alcohol might cause irreversible damages if it is consumed in excess. As a wine writer, wine aficiando, wine enthusiast I want to remind you about it. I know how easy is to cross the line but mindfulness can help you to cope with excesses not only of alcohol but an type of excess.
