Rosé Wine Mansion in NYC

July 2018 – In the rise of rosé wine, rosé lovers rejoice. Rosé Wine Mansion just opened a pop-up immersive wine experience on 5th Ave and 39th St in Manhattan, New York. Through interactive wine-tasting rooms that are perfectly decorated, participants also enjoy rosé wine from all over the world. Rosé Wine Mansion offered around 6 to seven tastings of different rosé wines. However, I just picked five of them and bypassed the sweet Rosés from California and France:

-Lekker 2018 Lekker Rosé, South Africa

-Osmote Rosé 2017 Cabernet Franc from Finger Lakes, NY, US

-Naveran Brut Vintage Rose 2017 60% Pinot Noir and Parellada, Spain

-Domaine Houchart 2017 Rosé Provence Wine from Cotes de Provence, France

-Vetere 2017 Azienda Agricola San Salbatore IGP Paestum Rosato, Italy

How do you like your Rosé? Sweet, bitter, or dry?

I always lean into bitter and dry light, medium-bodied rosé. They also created a one-time mix rosé cocktail in their blend lab according to your preferences. However, I prefer not to experiment with my rosé preferred flavor profile.

These pop-ups are very ‘Instagrammable,’ meaning that they craftily curated each room to represent the region of the rosé wine that you were tasting. If you are planning to visit, try to purchase tickets in advance and select a time slot to visit. I’m pretty sure this pop-up Rosé Mansion will be heading to other cities across the US, so stay tuned to their website for more info:
