The intimate setting was perfect to appreciate the nuances of these world-class sparkling wines. It also helped to gain a deeper appreciation for the dedication behind each vintage. Moreover, the tasting over authentic Italian food at Fasano it felt as if for a moment I was at Valdobbiadene. Valdobbiadene is located in northern Italy and has some of the most steepest vineyards in whole Europe.
