I recommend the Cavas below to prepare a Cava Cocktail:

  • Giró Ribot Lady of Spain (Cava de Guarda) Brut @giroribot
  • Parés Baltà (Cava de Guarda) Brut NV @paresbalta
  • Bohigas Brut (Cava de Guarda) @cabesbohigas

Considerations to prepare the Mimosa Margarita:

  1. Chill your Cava for at least 20 minutes beforehand. This will help ensure that your drink is served at the right temperature.
  2. Once your Cava is sufficiently cooled, gather the rest of the ingredients needed for the cocktail. These may include orange, lime, tequila, and triple sec.
  3. Double-check that you have all the necessary components before proceeding.

After chilling your Cava for 20 minutes, you’re ready to prepare the Mimosa Margarita, provided you have the rest of the ingredients.
