Cinco de mayo is today! Besides wine, we need a cocktail . Definitely, cocktails should be part of your menu. I recommend you to try something different than the classy margarita or paloma. The raspberry lemonade sorbet cocktail is great to pair with mexican nachos. Mix vodka with the Round Barn Raspberry Lemonade from Moersch Hospitality Group top it of with your raspberry sorbet and add lemon and Salud!
Raspberry Lemonade Sorbet Cocktail
1 oz vodka,
1/2 can of Round Barn Raspberry Lemonade
1-2 scoops sorbet
Garnish with lemon
In regards of the nachos, they are super easy to make. Simply pair your favorite bag of tortilla chips with melted cheese, add some pico de gallo, guacamole, cream and chicken or vegetables and there you go. Enjoy!
Even in difficult times such as this quarantine we have try to enjoy the holidays. We might not be able to visit restaurants but we are able to cook a simple recipe such as nachos and pair it with a delicious Raspberry Lemonade Sorbet to celebrate this Cinco de Mayo.
