I visited Sunset Hills Vineyards in Londoun County, Virginia as a recommendation from a friend. They have a large selection of sweet wines, but since I am more into dry and semi-sweet we did a tasting that included the limited selection of dry and semi-dry. I have to say this Rosé made out of Chambourcin grape and for a lover of higher acidity this is just the right pick.
Chambourcin is a French-American hybrid Grape. (You can look more information about this grape here) I first discovered this grape in Ohio but then I found it again in Virginia, and both states are not far away. I hope you enjoy this wine review of this Rosé.

Tasting Notes ✨
👀 A bright and bold pink color almost appealing to a light red, with hints of magenta and a a clear red edge
👃 Strong cherry and hibiscus with a hint of lemon and lime
👄 A party of red fruits in your mouth with strawberries, cranberries and even watermelon. High acidity ! Which I love 💕 You can feel the alcohol but it disappears fast. I regret not having bought more bottles of this wine when I visited Virginia a month ago but good thing is that you can order them online!

Visité Sunset Hills Vineyards como una recomendación de un amigo. Tienen una gran selección de vinos dulces, pero como soy más aficionada al sabor seco y semidulce, hicimos una degustación que incluía la selección limitada de seco y semiseco. Tengo que decir este Rosé hecho de uva Chambourcin y para un amante de la acidez más alta, esta es la elección correcta.
Chambourcin es una uva híbrida franco-americana. (Puede buscar más información sobre su uva aquí) Descubrí esta uva por primera vez en Ohio, pero luego la volví a encontrar en Virginia, y ambos estados no están muy lejos. Espero que disfrutes esta crítica de este Rosado.

👀 Un color rosa brillante y audaz casi parecido a un rojo claro, con toques de magenta y un borde rojo claro
👃 Notas olfativas de cereza fuerte y jamaica con un toque de limón y lima
👄 Una fiesta de frutas rojas en la boca con fresas, arándanos e incluso sandía. ¡Alta acidez! Lo que me encanta 💕 Puedes sentir el alcohol pero desaparece rápidamente. Lamento no haber comprado más botellas de este vino cuando visité Virginia hace un mes, ¡pero lo bueno es que puedes pedirlas en línea!
