Who said that rosé wines are only for summer? We have to change that! That’s why I tried this rosé wine from Bodega Laus this fall in New York, but I didn’t chill it as I usually chill the rosés I enjoy during summer. I chilled only to it to 18C/ 63 F. See the tasting below:

Tasting Notes:
A light rubi color with an orange rim and ocher inks, a bright and very clean wine
Cherry notes permeate this rosé wine but there is something particular about this somontano scent and highlights of aniseed and white flowers, nuts and salt.
On the palate the anise and the frontal cherry are felt, 13% of alcohol is not perceived which is a bit dangerous because it is a wine that can be drink easily. It has a character that reveals little by little and wrap you almost in love. It is a mysterious and aromatic wine but with a dry finish.
• And from this tasting on, I am going to add the musical pairing. Specially this wine in reminded me of the classical Boleros played by Luis Miguel:
“No se tu pero yo no dejo de pensar…”

¿Quién dijo que los vinos rosados son solo para verano? Hay que cambiar eso, por eso probé este vino rosado de @bodegalaus en este otoño en Nueva York, sin embargo no lo tome tan frío como suelo tomar los rosados en verano, lo enfríe solo a 18 C vea la cata abajo:

Notas de cata
Un color magenta claro con un ribete anaranjado y tintas de ocre, un vino brillante y muy limpio
Notas de cereza impregnan este vino rosado pero hay algo particular de este aroma del somontano y destaca una tinta de anís y flores blancas, nueces y sal.
En el paladar se siente el anís y la cereza frontal, el 13% de alcohol no se percibe lo cual es un poco peligroso porque es un vino que se puede tomar fácil. Tiene un carácter que se revela poco a poco y te envuelve casi te enamora. Es misterioso y aromático pero con un final seco.
