Beyond Malbec: Trapiche Cabernet Sauvignon Wines from Argentina

Let’s go beyond Malbec with Trapiche Cabernet Sauvignon Wines from Argentina.

Cabernet Sauvingon Aromas and Flavor Profile

When you think about Cabernet Sauvignon, you might associate it with a full-bodied red wine known for its rich and complex flavor profile. Typically, it has bold flavors of dark fruit, such as black currant and blackberry, accompanied by cedar, tobacco, and vanilla notes.

Tannins:

The tannins in Cabernet Sauvignon are often firm and grippy, giving the wine a robust and structured mouthfeel.

Aging-Potential

The wine can develop additional leather, earth, and even truffle flavors with age.

Overall, Cabernet Sauvignon is a wine perfect for those who enjoy a full-bodied and sophisticated flavor experience.

Where is Cabernet Sauvignon produced?

In different parts of the world, such as Napa or Bordeaux, have you had a Cab Sauv from Argentina? But let me tell you, I went to Buenos Aires once, and you will be surprised about their Cabernet Sauvignon.
